Cybersecurity Network Expert

A dynamic and forward-thinking company, Jobot, is seeking a skilled Senior Network Engineer to join their Cyber team in Houston. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network design, implementation, and management, with expertise in Cisco, MPLS, and Palo Alto technologies.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role that involves designing, implementing, and managing complex network solutions. As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring network performance to ensure optimal security and efficiency.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in networking and switching. You should also hold CCNP Certification and have extensive experience managing a global enterprise infrastructure. Additionally, you should be familiar with various network operating systems and technologies, including STP, LACP, PoE, VLANs, VTP, 802.1x, and port security and monitoring configurations.
