Responsibilities
- Manage national accounts and customer payment activity within the centralized billing system
- Conduct business to business collections via phone and email
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Track commissions for the sales division
- Identify and resolve payment issues or discrepancies
Requirements
- 3+ years of recent B2B collections experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
