Job Description

Suzhou Junchuang North America, a leading automotive supplier, is seeking a skilled Process Technician to join our team. Our company is committed to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly injection molding, and experience with process control systems. They will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring product quality and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and quality control procedures.
  • Operate and maintain injection molding equipment, ensuring optimal performance and product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Contribute to root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to prevent tooling breakage or damage.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a role related to process technology or a similar field.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly injection molding, and experience with process control systems.
  • Ability to work with SCADA, PLCs, or similar technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Knowledge of quality control principles and practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Manufacturing Technician (CMT) or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
  • Experience with CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing software, including ERP systems and MES.
