Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain administrative offices, meeting rooms, lounges, restrooms, and break rooms
  • Stock and replenish supplies in restrooms, meeting rooms, and break rooms
  • Collect and dispose of recyclables and trash
  • Sweep and mop floors
  • Vacuum and shampoo carpets
  • Wash walls, windows, and restroom fixtures
  • Clean hydraulic hoist pits and ground cleaning
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Minimum of six months of full-time work experience in a janitorial and/or industrial cleaning position or a position responsible for cleaning and/or servicing buildings
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to frequently stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, stand, walk, carry, and heavy lifting
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Be proactive
