Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our Irving plant maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in improving the reliability and performance of our manufacturing and infrastructure equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, modify, or maintain plant equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Inspect equipment to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
  • Align belts, gears, or direct coupled shafts using precision tools to specified tolerances.
  • Respond to line calls and complete work orders efficiently and safely.
  • Assist during process upsets and participate in safety and plant trainings.
  • Participate in Root Cause Analysis and TPM meetings.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED and at least 18 years old.
  • Experience with thinking under pressure, making quick decisions, and working independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and operate a computer.
  • Knowledge of lubrication principles, bearing tolerances, hydraulic systems, and welding.
  • Ability to pass a Maintenance Skill Test.
