About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team at Shorr Packaging. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities in the commercial and industrial markets
  • Manage a portfolio of active accounts and provide superior service to existing clients
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet individual revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal partners to position Shorr Packaging solutions as a strategic advantage to our customers' long-term needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand local market and competitive trends
  • Effective influencing skills and ability to understand the needs of, and influence, personnel ranging up to C-level decision makers
  • Strong financial acumen and proficiency with Microsoft Office solutions
