Position Overview
The CT Technologist plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality imaging services. This position involves performing various radiology imaging studies that necessitate independent judgment and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct general radiography imaging studies under the guidance of the Chief Technologist and Director of Imaging Services.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures while providing compassionate patient care and support.
- Identify and communicate patient needs to foster a safe and comfortable environment.
Qualifications
- Certification from the State of Washington Department of Health as a Radiologic Technologist.
- Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT) is required upon hire or within six months.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
