As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall operations, coordination, and direction of nursing and patient care for an assigned nursing unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct the delivery of high-quality patient care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/resident, family, and employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with staff, physicians, rehabilitation therapy, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients on assigned nursing units.
  • Manage human resources in assigned units, including limiting overtime and agency personnel, recruiting and orienting staff, assessing work performance, and implementing disciplinary action when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university.
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
