Role Summary:
As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in our Food & Beverage department, ensuring all food preparation meets our high standards. Your creativity and attention to detail will contribute to memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare dishes according to established recipes or specific guest requests.
  • Maintain proper food storage and portion control to ensure quality and minimize waste.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in timely reordering of supplies.
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas.

Compensation:
$22 per hour

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity to operate kitchen equipment effectively.

Qualifications:
Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Culinary training or apprenticeship preferred.
Experience:
  • At least one year of cooking experience in a hotel or similar environment.
  • Food Handler Certification required.
