Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of beauty professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve market share, and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations, effective communication, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of local market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform business decisions.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year (based on experience)
  • Bonus potential: up to $18,000 per year (performance-based)
