Front of House Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front of House team member to join our Lagniappe Bayou Kitchen family. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests and ensuring they have an exceptional dining experience
  • Taking accurate orders and partnering with the kitchen team to deliver prompt and efficient service
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Providing excellent communication skills and being responsive to guest needs

Requirements:

  • Able to work evenings and weekends, including Friday and Saturday evenings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required
  • Eligible to work in the United States and proficient in English
