Vehicle Customer Service Specialist

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Delivery Advocate. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of vehicles to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver vehicles to customers in a safe and timely manner
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during delivery
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle deliveries
What You'll Need:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
