Senior Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Auditor to join our team at First Financial Bankshares. As a Senior Auditor, you will be responsible for executing audits over the company's banking functions, ensuring the Company's internal controls are adequate and effective.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, with a minimum of three years of experience in a related role at a regulated financial institution or a Big Four accounting firm.

The Senior Auditor will assist in the planning and execution of the Internal Audit Program, conduct internal audits, and review quality of outsourced or co-sourced audits. The successful candidate will also prepare audit reports, analyze report findings, and recommend interventions where needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of the Internal Audit Program
• Conduct internal audits of First Financial Bankshares Finance, Credit, Banking Products and Operation, and Human Resources
• Review quality of outsourced or co-sourced audits
• Prepare audit reports
• Analyze report findings and recommend interventions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum three years of experience in a related role at a regulated financial institution or a Big Four accounting firm
• Knowledge of financial institution regulatory environment and requirements
• Previous Finance, Credit, Banking Product, Trust, Operations audit experience
