Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement advanced multi-tier distributed software systems throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle.
  • Lead initiatives for new and existing products, shaping the future of product development.
  • Take charge of projects, working closely with both technical and business stakeholders to devise innovative yet practical solutions for intricate business issues.
  • Establish technical strategies, visions, and roadmaps for the team.
  • Assess engineering efforts, plan implementations, and manage rollouts for complex fee computation and charging systems.
  • Innovate to solve challenging technical problems related to scalability and performance.
  • Collaborate effectively, influencing colleagues at all levels within the organization and across clients.
  • Independently guide the development of products from initial concept through design, development, and deployment.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in software design and development, with a robust foundation in computer science, including strong skills in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
  • Expertise in object-oriented design principles and large-scale application development, particularly in Java or similar object-oriented languages.
  • In-depth knowledge of distributed systems and service-oriented architecture.
  • Preferred skills include familiarity with large-scale data analysis and the capability to develop machine learning models for forecasting and prediction.
  • Strong relational database and SQL development expertise.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Self-driven and quick to learn.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
