Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Quality Manager to join our team at Church & Dwight. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met for our products.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and medical device quality. They will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of quality systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead the development and implementation of quality plans, procedures, and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and resolve quality issues
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues
Requirements
  • University degree in Engineering, Quality, or Science
  • Minimum 12 years of technical experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and medical device quality
  • Proven track record of leading quality initiatives and driving quality improvements
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including FDA, EU, and ISO standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
