Village Care Family Service is a family-operated Early Intervention Agency dedicated to providing Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), Occupational Therapy (OT), Physical Therapy (PT), and Special Instruction across various communities. We are seeking a licensed speech-language pathologist with a background in early intervention to manage a caseload of at least 10 children, including those in preschools and early learning environments. This position is for contracted professionals only.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct therapeutic services
  • Engage with parents and caregivers
  • Collaborate with educators regarding intervention strategies
  • Coordinate with service coordinators and other members of the interdisciplinary team
  • Develop individualized goals for the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and Individualized Education Program (IEP)
  • Document therapy sessions and manage caseloads using an intuitive software platform
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree from an ASHA accredited institution
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Compensation: $90.00 per hour

As a community-focused nonprofit, we provide essential early intervention services, including speech, physical, and occupational therapy, as well as special instruction for children from birth to school age.
