Select Event Group is a leading event rental company dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishware Department Associate.

• Ensure a safe working environment by following best practices and adhering to company policies.
• Operate commercial dishwashers to maintain high-quality standards.
• Inspect product to maintain quality control and ensure consistency.
• Polish and buff silver product pieces to a high shine.
• Repackage and restock processed rental-ready product to meet client demands.
• Prepare and pull product for load out and delivery to ensure timely execution.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Department Supervisor or Operations Assistant Director.

• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, including reading, writing, and verbal communication.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
