About the Role:
As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide occupational therapy services to patients unable to perform daily tasks due to illness or injury. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing occupational therapy to patients in their homes
- Assessing patient deficits and establishing therapy goals
- Documenting progress and collaborating with the healthcare team
- Supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
- An active OT license in Colorado
- A minimum of one year of experience in home health care
- CPR certification
- A background check and drug test
- Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
