Role Summary:

Under the guidance of the IT Operations Manager, the Technical Support Analyst will be responsible for the upkeep and support of user workstations, printers, barcode scanners, wireless devices, laptops, docking stations, monitors, and additional peripherals. This role involves providing comprehensive end-user support for all technological tools utilized within the organization. Additionally, the analyst will assist in managing the company's telecommunication systems, printers, servers, and network operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain all end-user workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices across all company locations and for remote sales personnel.
  • Conduct regular maintenance on desktops, laptops, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance and up-to-date systems.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new users, including provisioning equipment, email accounts, VPN access, and mobile devices. Provide training for new users on all relevant systems.
  • Deliver end-user support for all company applications and technology assets, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Assist in user training on systems and processes.
  • Create and manage login credentials for all employees across all systems, including Active Directory.
  • Maintain the IT asset inventory, collaborating with accounting to ensure all assets are accurately capitalized and accounted for.
  • Recommend, schedule, and execute desktop upgrades, enhancements, and repairs. Coordinate support and repairs with external vendors.
  • Develop and maintain documentation to support all outlined processes.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Associate's or Technical degree or equivalent experience is required; a Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Windows Administration and Desktop Support is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Azure and Intune administration and device management is required.
  • Experience with M365 and SharePoint administration is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience with workstation hardware is essential.
  • Basic networking knowledge is required.
  • Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with interpersonal skills, are critical.
  • Proven ability to handle and maintain highly confidential information is required.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Linux is preferred but not essential.
  • Other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors or management may be included. Job responsibilities may evolve as organizational needs change.
