Job SummaryThe Physical Therapist at Avera St Mary's Hospital is responsible for providing high-quality patient care through the application of physical therapy treatments. This role includes working in various settings such as outpatient services and acute care, while also promoting teamwork and patient-focused care.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients in outpatient services and acute care settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Graduate of a CAPTE-approved School of Physical Therapy.
- Current licensure from the South Dakota Board of Medical and Osteopathic Examiners.
- Continuing education program credits preferred.
- Clinical internship experience.
- Competitive hourly rate: $36.75 - $55.50 per hour.
- Paid Time Off (PTO) available on Day 1.
- Options for free health insurance.
- Sign-on bonus eligibility.
This is a full-time position with an 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday schedule, with occasional weekends and holidays. The successful candidate will be able to work in a variety of areas including acute care, TCU/LTC, swing bed, pediatrics, and outpatient adult.
