- Shift patterns include 12-hour shifts: 7AM - 7PM, 7PM - 7AM, and 12 Noon to 12 Midnight.
- Annual emergency department volume of approximately 25,000 visits.
- Daily staffing includes 36 hours of MD/DO coverage.
- Single coverage during the hours of 3AM to 7AM, supplemented by mid-level providers and physicians.
- Full-time schedule consists of 4 days on followed by 8 days off, totaling 1460 hours annually.
- Facility equipped with 7 treatment rooms, 2 behavioral health rooms, 2 trauma rooms, and 4 observation/admit rooms.
- Utilization of Meditech EMR for patient management.
- MD or DO degree is mandatory.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine is preferred; candidates with significant ER experience or ABEM certification from Family Medicine or Internal Medicine will also be considered.
- Must be licensed in Indiana or in the process of obtaining licensure.
- The community is situated conveniently between major cities, offering a family-friendly environment with excellent educational institutions and a variety of annual events.
- Current population stands at approximately 30,000 residents.
