Logistics Courier

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver all orders in a safe and timely manner, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Work as a crew member when not making a delivery, providing support to the team as needed.

Provide friendly guest service, maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

Obtain guests' signatures on all orders, verifying delivery accuracy.

Maintain accurate delivery logs, tracking and reporting on delivery performance.

Unload product and arrange food/drinks in an appealing manner, ensuring a visually appealing presentation.
