Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer-Installer to join our team in SeaTac, WA. As a Construction Laborer-Installer, you will be responsible for installing foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, and concrete lifting solutions in customers' homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, and concrete lifting solutions in customers' homes
  • Load and deliver materials from the warehouse to the work site
  • Perform set-up and clean-up tasks at the work site
  • Dig and back-fill trenches/holes when necessary
  • Lift heavy objects
  • Walk and stand for long periods of time
  • Perform strenuous labor often under adverse conditions
  • Enter crawl spaces and other confined areas

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in construction, home services, trade work, general labor, and landscaping preferred
  • Valid driver's license preferred, but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform strenuous physical labor
  • Excellent stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
