Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Delivery Expert to join our team at Domino's. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and professional manner.

• Deliver Pizza with Excellence: Safely transport pizza and other menu items to individual customer homes, ensuring that orders are accurate and delivered to the correct location.
• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Process Orders with Efficiency: Receive and process telephone orders, handling sensitive and confidential customer information in a responsible manner.
• Manage Cash and Credit Transactions: Execute credit transactions and make bank deposits as necessary, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position, as you will be interacting with customers and colleagues on a regular basis.
• Reliable Transportation: A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license are required for this role, as you will be driving to customer locations.
