Maxim Healthcare Services RN Job

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in providing high-quality care to adult and pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
  • Other Registered Nurse (RN) duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state in which the Registered Nurse (RN) practices.
  • Current Health Certificate (per facility).
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.

Novice Nurse Program:

Our Novice Nurse Program is designed to provide a year of hands-on learning and support to new graduate RNs and LPNs in a home healthcare environment.

You will be partnered with an experienced nurse who will provide real-time feedback, training opportunities, and mentorship.
