Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead our agile teams at Telligen, a leading population health management organization. As a key team member, you will help drive the adoption and implementation of Agile practices and principles, ensuring successful project outcomes and contributing to our company's mission.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Scrum methodology, with extensive experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services. You will collaborate closely with product owners and other team leaders to ensure effective communication and collaboration, driving successful project outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
* Guide daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
* Develop a culture of self-forming teams focused on achieving positive business results
* Promote an Agile mindset throughout the organization as a change agent
* Mentor the Scrum team and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and self-organization

Essential Requirements:
* Four-year degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business, or related field, and/or equivalent training and/or experience
* 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master helping teams use the Scrum Framework to deliver working software
* Proven experience working with the Scrum Team to identify impediments and remove them
