• Interact with customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Servicing customer-owned instruments with precision and care
• Maintaining store-owned gear, as required
• Completing warranty repair work in a timely manner

• Skilled understanding of repairing guitars

• Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products
