We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct care and service to our residents, including medication administration, teaching and wellness counseling, and health promotion. You will also participate in assessments under the supervision of the Resident Services Director (RN) and support our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Medication administration and management
  • Direct care and service to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Teaching and wellness counseling to promote healthy lifestyles
  • Health promotion and disease prevention
  • Participation in assessments and care planning under the supervision of the RN
  • Support of residents and their families
  • Oversight of Certified Nursing Assistants
  • Training and auditing of care

Requirements:

  • Current LPN licensure in the state
  • Two years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience
  • Experience working with older adults
  • Ability to perform tasks that may be physically demanding, such as pushing, bending, and lifting up to 50lbs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
