Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation of Students: Safely transport students to and from school and extracurricular activities, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Incident Response: Assess and respond to incidents, complaints, and accidents in a professional and timely manner.
  • Student Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times, including during loading and unloading from vehicles.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform regular vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure the safe operation of vehicles.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with parents, students, teachers, and administrators to convey and receive information.
  • Route Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating bus routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delays.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Certifications: Valid AZ driver's license, CPR, and first aid certification required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as transportation or customer service.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
