About the Role

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. As an integral member of our dynamic healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals through the provision of high-quality speech and language therapy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' speech and language needs.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders.
  • Therapy Services: Provide high-quality therapy services to clients, addressing a range of speech and language needs.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or an Associate's Degree from a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program.
  • Licensure: Current and valid state licensure in WA.
  • Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience working with diverse populations is a plus.
