Job Title: Dispensary Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dispensary Associate to join our team at Acreage Holdings. As a Dispensary Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, educating patients about our products, and assisting with inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with patients and caregivers, providing education and guidance on our products and services.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking products, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of post-secondary education in a related field preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn our inventory management system.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
