Our team members are the heart of our success, and we're seeking a talented Stewarding Runner to join our Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel team.

About the Role:
As a Stewarding Runner, you will play a vital role in supporting our banquets team by transporting equipment and food/beverage to function areas, setting up and breaking down work areas, and assisting with banquet plate up. You will work collaboratively with the banquets team to ensure seamless execution of events and provide exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Transport equipment and food/beverage to function areas in accordance with hotel standards
  • Set up and break down work areas properly
  • Read, understand, and follow each component of a Banquet Event Order and procedures
  • Collect all equipment needed for banquet events and deliver to function rooms
  • Set up and deliver all food items for banquet events to function rooms on time, following hotel standards
  • Assist with banquet plate up as directed
  • Set up and break down areas for banquet events
  • Respond properly in a hotel emergency or safety situation
  • Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff
