Care IV Home Health is a locally owned and operated home health agency in Little Rock, AR, seeking a full-time Licensed Practicing Nurse, LPN, to join our esteemed team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. As an LPN with Care IV, you will enjoy a professional and supportive environment that fosters flexibility, work-life balance, and meaningful patient relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Provide patient education and support to ensure optimal health outcomes
  • Administer medications and perform wound care, dressing changes, and wound vacs as needed
  • Deliver post-surgical care and skilled nursing services to patients in their homes
  • Conduct patient follow-up and provide ongoing care and support
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Active and in good standing license as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing
  • Strong clinical nursing skills and experience with Home Health nursing a plus
  • A minimum of three professional references available upon request
