Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Provide support for emergency repairs and respond to after-hours calls as needed.
- Comply with all hospital safety protocols and regulations, including EPA Section 608 requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a healthcare maintenance or plant operations setting, with a focus on HVAC systems.
- Valid Louisiana driver's license required.
- Operating Engineer's license preferred.
- EPA Section 608 Refrigeration Certificate required.
