Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Leader to join our team As a Shift Leader, you'll be responsible for directing the Squad Crew to deliver exceptional pizzas and salads to our guests. You'll set the example of what it means to serve with radical style and personalization, and lead the making of pizzas for a variety of tastes and dietary needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and embody MOD's values and behaviors
  • Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
  • Coach and train Squad members to maintain high energy levels and a positive vibe
  • Demonstrate knowledge of operational standards and resources
  • Partner with the General Manager to engage with the local community
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, train, and motivate front-line employees
  • Strategic thinking and tactical execution
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in fast-paced restaurant operations
  • Must be at least 18 years old
