Position Overview
Rental associates play a crucial role in driving sales through exemplary guest service, assisting customers with rental equipment, and providing our guests with the gear and services necessary for an unparalleled outdoor experience.

Job Specifications:
Housing may be available.

Expected Pay Range:
$21.00/hour

Schedule Availability:
Full-Time and Part-Time hours available.

Skill Level:
Entry Level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding guest service at one of our retail locations.
  • Assist guests in selecting equipment - training will be provided.
  • Educate guests on the operation of rental equipment, safety protocols, and their responsibilities regarding the equipment during the rental period.
  • Collaborate with teammates to uphold safety standards.
  • Additional tasks may include cashiering and retail sales.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends. A commitment to exceptional customer service is essential. Candidates should maintain a solid understanding of products and trends within the industry. The ability to stand and move in a dynamic, team-oriented environment for extended periods is required. Proficiency in English communication is necessary.

A Rental Associate team member is a versatile employee who often supports multiple departments and roles to foster a unified resort experience, which may include:

  • Mountain Activities
  • Retail Rental Operations
  • Food and Beverage Support
  • Ticket Sales or Scanning
  • Lift Operations
  • Base Area Operations

The expected pay range is $21.00/hour. This reflects the compensation we anticipate for this position, with individual decisions based on various factors.
