Job Title: Child and Youth Program Leader
About the Job:
The U.S. Marine Corps is seeking a highly skilled Child and Youth Program Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) team, you will be responsible for supervising program staff and ensuring the smooth operation of child and youth programs in accordance with applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise program staff and ensure the operation of child and youth programs
- Maintain control and account for the whereabouts and safety of children and youth
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct activities for program participants
Requirements:
- 24 months of experience working in a USMC or other military service childcare or youth program
- Completion of DoD approved competency training courses
Working Environment:
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
