About the Position

Doctors Choice Placement Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled General Physician to join our multi-specialty group practice in South Bend, Indiana.

We are a physician-owned practice with 32 physicians across 17 specialties and sub-specialties. Our comprehensive laboratory and imaging services are complemented by eClinicalWorks EMR, ensuring seamless patient care.

Salary and Benefits

The annual guarantee for this position is $415,000, accompanied by a worked RVU incentive. Additionally, you will receive a signing bonus, relocation assistance, and an annual CME allowance.

As a valued member of our team, you will also have the opportunity to participate in Clinic LLC and Clinic Building LLC, providing additional compensation through potential ownership.

Job Description

As a General Physician, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional patient care, addressing medical needs with compassion and expertise.
  • Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Board certification or board eligibility, with residency completion within the last five years.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and patients.

This opportunity comes with a call rotation of 1 in 4, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. Our full-time hospitalist program provides 24/7 in-service coverage, further supporting your professional success.

The RiverPointe Surgery Center, located adjacent to our hospital, offers state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, including 12 pre/post GI beds, 10 general surgery bays, and eight PACU bays. With five OR suites and two fully equipped Endo rooms, you will have access to cutting-edge technology and resources.
