About the Role

Jabbergym, A member of the Point Quest Group, is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping children achieve their full potential by addressing their communication needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication levels and abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized programs to address communication disorders, including standardized assessments and triennial reviews.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to generalize skills taught in therapy settings.
  • Evaluate treatment effectiveness and outcomes, and prepare case documentation as required.
  • Deliver therapy services to students on an individual and group basis, adapting educational materials and equipment as needed.
Requirements
  • Current, active license as a Speech Pathologist (SLP, SLPL, SLP-CCC) or eligibility for licensure.
  • At least one year of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school or treatment setting.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in standard software applications, including internet.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including business writing and professional telephone manner.
