Cashier Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Advocate to join our team at Target. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working efficiently to minimize guest wait time, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time, scanning and bagging guest items accurately and in compliance with food safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including gathering abandoned items, baskets, and hangers.
• Support cash office processes, including management of cash systems.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment, accomplishing multiple tasks within established timeframes.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members.
• Attention to detail while multi-tasking.
• Ability to communicate effectively, using positive language and attentive to guests' needs.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
