We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Cook to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our head chef to prepare and present exquisite dishes to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, excellent cooking skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Your responsibilities will include preparing and cooking food items in accordance with recipes and established standards, setting up and stocking workstations with all necessary ingredients and equipment, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards of the kitchen. You will also be responsible for following proper cooking techniques and demonstrating knowledge of various cooking methods, ensuring all dishes are prepared and served in a timely manner, and working effectively in a team environment. Required skills and qualifications include proven experience as a cook or relevant culinary role, in-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques, sanitation regulations, and kitchen safety, and ability to handle multiple food orders simultaneously and work under pressure efficiently. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, strong communication and teamwork skills, flexibility in working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and high school diploma or equivalent; culinary education or training is a plus.
