Toddler Caregiver

At Kids R Kids Learning Academy of Lawler Farm, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Infant and Toddler Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our youngest learners.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment that fosters physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development.
• Plan and implement curriculum that meets the unique needs of each child, promoting creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning.
• Provide exceptional care and support to our infants and toddlers, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and effective learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff to ensure a smooth and successful experience for all.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education.
• Passion for working with young children and their families.
• Ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• CPR/First Aid certification (can be obtained upon hire).
• Background check and fingerprinting (can be obtained upon hire).

Work Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts.
• Day shifts only.
