Maintain a Tidy Work Environment

Organize Workstations and Tools Following Lean Principles
  1. Sort - Separate tools, parts, and instructions.
  2. Set In Order - Organize tools, parts, and instructions for easy access.
  3. Shine - Clean the work area using appropriate cleaning products.
  4. Standardize - Regularly maintain cleanliness and organization.
  5. Sustain - Incorporate these practices into daily routines.
Maintain Consistent Attendance
  1. Adhere to the schedule provided by the supervisor.
  2. Communicate effectively with the supervisor regarding planned and unplanned absences.
Qualifications:
  1. Preferred experience in the industry.
  2. Strong mechanical aptitude required.
  3. Ability to collaborate within a team environment.
  4. Proficient in operating hand jacks and pallet trucks.
  5. Capable of operating cranes, jib cranes, and hoists.
Physical Requirements:
  1. Must be able to stand for extended periods.
  2. Must frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
  3. Must be able to work in a production setting.
  4. Must communicate clearly and effectively.
Mental Requirements:
  1. Ability to maintain a steady work pace.
  2. Ability to utilize measuring tools and adhere to calibration standards.
  3. Basic arithmetic skills are necessary.
  4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Work Environment:
  1. Must comply with attendance policies as set by the department supervisor.
  2. Work conditions may vary between office and production environments.
  3. Overtime may be required as necessary.
Compensation:

$20-25 per hour based on experience.
