Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Carespring Transitional Care and Rehabilitation. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Assist with mealtime, including serving and feeding residents
  • Help with mobility and transfers, such as walking and using the bathroom
  • Assist with laundry and housekeeping tasks
  • Participate in activities and programs designed to promote resident engagement and well-being
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in healthcare or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds
