The Opportunity

As a seasoned analytics professional, you'll have the chance to unlock the secrets of complex data sets and drive meaningful insights in the field of behavioral research. With a strong background in behavioral science, you'll work closely with clients and stakeholders to develop evidence-based strategies and interventions that address pressing health challenges. Your expertise will be instrumental in transforming data into actionable recommendations, driving positive change, and improving the well-being of individuals and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research in target areas, analyzing large data sets to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to address behavioral health challenges.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to inform analysis and drive insights.
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders, using your knowledge of behavioral science to inform decision-making.
  • Establish metrics and key performance indicators to drive technical outcomes and measure success.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in behavioral research science.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and their application to large datasets.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
