Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management: Manage the daily operations of our car wash facilities, including supervising employees, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, including supplies and equipment, to ensure optimal levels and minimize waste.
  • Financial Management: Assist with financial management, including cash handling, reconciliations, and audits.

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a car wash or related industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, moderate proficiency in MS Office, including Excel.
