Position Overview
The Dishware Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. This full-time position involves operating the dish machine, washing and storing all dishware, silverware, glassware, pots, and pans, and maintaining a sanitary and clean environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the dish machine to ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing of dishware
- Wash and store all dishware, silverware, glassware, pots, and pans
- Keep floors swept and mopped to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Polish all shaving dishes, silver trays, and saucers
- Wipe and clean all cooking equipment, cutting boards, trash cans, and recycle bins
- Support the team by sorting and arranging all shelves and china carts
- Empties all garbage and recycle bins
- Breaks down all boxes
- Performs all other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
