Wells Fargo Bank is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Associate Personal Banker to join our team. As a key member of our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide proactive outreach and propose appropriate products, services, and digital solutions to help customers succeed financially.
- Account Management: Assist customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
- Relationship Building: Develop understanding of bank products and services to connect with customers' needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build relationships, and refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed.
- Customer Service Experience: 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Customer Service Focus: Experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
- Proactive Engagement: Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email.
- Financial Education: Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
- Relationship Building: Ability to help customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members as appropriate.
- Teamwork: Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs.
- Communication: Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members.
