Pharmacy Clerk Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Pharmacy Clerk to join our team at Ahma Rx in Elmsford, NY. As a Pharmacy Clerk, you will play a vital role in providing excellent patient care and customer service, working closely with our pharmacy team to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record and maintain accurate patient information in our pharmacy software system
  • Organize and prepare deliveries for our delivery driver and packages for FedEx
  • Assist with daily workflow and production of pharmacy operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality results
  • Process all required paperwork according to established procedures
Requirements:
  • Meet attendance requirements
  • Be 18+ years of age
  • Have strong interactive skills with employees, supervisors, and consumers
  • Be proficient in software and have strong oral communication skills
  • Demonstrate sensitivity to employee and customer needs and data
