IT Infrastructure Specialist

Prysmian Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees, ensuring that our IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Provide technical support to employees, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and software.
• Manage and maintain our IT inventory, including hardware and software assets.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems and services.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT technologies and trends, and apply this knowledge to improve our IT infrastructure and services.

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support and management.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to interact with employees at all levels, and to provide clear and concise technical information.
• Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages is an asset.
